Payroll & Administrative Officer

ENL Agri Limited is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Payroll & Administrative Officer to join its team at ALMA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• The Payroll & Administrative Officer will process and verify payroll transactions, in compliance with relevant legislatives and employment conditions framework while working closely with the HR department.
• Ensuring that employee pay is calculated and paid out accurately.
• Dealing with payroll queries from employees
• Processing data entries after verifying documents.
• Assist Management in the preparation of yearly & ad hoc project budgets.
• Assist management in day-to-day administrative tasks.
• The successful candidate will also be expected to provide accounting and administrative support to other departments and assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time.
• Deputise for other payroll & admin officers during their absence.
• Maintaining confidentiality of employee`s information. 
• Assist in the supervision and arrangements for delivery or collections of materials in the company`s store.
• Assist in maintaining the inventory records of products.
• Create and maintain up-to-date records.

Profile & Experience:

• Diploma in management or Finance / ACCA Level 1
• Be proficient in MS Office applications.
• At least 3 years of experience in the payroll management.
• Experience in Sicorax Payroll will be an advantage.
• Attention to details & quality focused oriented.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 06:30 - 15:30 & Saturday 06:30 - 11:30 (During crop season which is July to December)

Salary Range – Negotiable upon qualification & experience.
